Data collected
This site only collects personal data if you voluntarily fill in the contact form on the home page: name, work email address, number of tenants managed, and message. No non-essential cookie or analytics tracker is set.
Purpose of processing
Data submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your information or demo request for Cloviq 365.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given when submitting the form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
Recipient and data transit
Data entered in the form is sent directly by email to info@btit-solutions.com via the mail SMTP server (O2switch). It is not stored in any database on the website side.
Retention period
Emails received via the contact form are kept in BTIT-Solutions' mailbox for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable retention periods.
